Do you believe that the prophecies of the Bible are meant to come true literally just as they were spoken? Why do you believe the way you do?
What do you believe?
Responses
We believe in the literal return of Christ (pre-trib) and then the millennial -kingdom on earth. I hope you are not in the replacement theology group that we feel is affecting teaching in our churches today. We would appreciate your clarifying the position of your ministry in relation to that. Thank you very much.

Barbara,
I consider replacement theology to be incorrect. God made promises to Abraham that were forever. I do not see how that can be changed.

Dear John,
We met years ago in Seattle. You may not remember, but I have had an interest in Ezekiel’s vision sense the Holy Spirit began to teach me on this account in 1980.
My reason for this note is to inform you that I have a blogspot (http://davidsbranch.blogspot.com/) and have posted a link to your pages here. Hope this meets with your approval, and that you will feel free to comment therein.
To answer your question above I would say, “Yes, John, I do believe all the Bible prophecies are meant to be fulfilled, and my reason hangs on the soverign will of YHWH both to compose the vision and to fulfill it in real time.”
In Isaiah 45 YHWH says, “I made man….and he will build my city.” The Bible makes us to understand we are made to serve God’s purposes, and he proposes to build (with us) a Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven, and this Kingdom will fill the whole Earth. (RE: Daniel 2:44)
I hope we can meet again and discuss this wonderful vision further.
Shalom,
David Carl Lewis
